What Lloyd sorts
Leaks and dripping taps, tap replacements and new outside taps, running or leaking toilets and cistern faults, leaks under sinks and on pipework, low water pressure, immersion heaters and hot water cylinders, and no-hot-water faults. On the heating side he handles leaking or cold radiators, radiator swaps and removals, and thermostatic valve changes. If it is domestic plumbing or gas, it is almost certainly something he can help with.
Because Lloyd is Gas Safe registered, you also get a plumber who can look at the whole picture, so a hot water problem that turns out to be the boiler gets diagnosed properly rather than guessed at.
What we do not do, told straight
To be upfront: LMB does not take on blocked drains, drain clearance or macerator and Saniflo units. That is not the work Lloyd does, and you are better served by a drainage specialist for those. For everything else, taps, toilets, leaks, cylinders, radiators and gas, he is your man, and he will tell you honestly if a job is not one for him rather than waste your time.
