If you submit an enquiry through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) advertisement, Meta may also share with us the contact details you provided on their platform, in line with their own privacy policy.

• Send you reminders about annual services or safety certificates
• Issue invoices and process payments

The legal bases we rely on are: (a) performance of a contract (when you book work with us), (b) legitimate interests (to respond to your enquiry), and (c) legal obligation (for Gas Safe and tax records).

• Our CRM provider — GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which stores your contact details and conversation history securely so we can manage your enquiry and bookings.
• Our payment processor — Stripe, when you pay for work online.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd — for measurement of our advertising performance only (your details are not shared back to Meta for marketing).
• HMRC and Gas Safe Register — where legally required (for example, your name and address on a CP12 Landlord Gas Safety Record).

We may also share data with our accountants, insurers or legal advisors if strictly necessary to operate our business.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep your enquiry data for as long as you remain a customer plus six years afterwards, in line with HMRC record-keeping requirements. After that, your information is deleted or fully anonymised.
