What a fitted boiler from LMB includes
Installations start from £1,900 fitted. That price includes the boiler, standard pipework and valves, a standard flue, filling loop, system fill and commissioning, removal of your old boiler and packaging, your Gas Safe certificate and the Building Regulations notification. Anything not included is listed separately on your quote before you pay a penny, so the number you accept is the number you pay.
LMB is a Baxi Approved Installer and also fits Worcester Bosch, Ideal and Vaillant. Manufacturer warranties run up to 12 years depending on the boiler you choose, registered for you on installation day. Lloyd is City & Guilds qualified, Gas Safe registered, and does every install himself: domestic natural gas only, no commercial plant, no LPG, and he will say so honestly if your job falls outside that.
From quote to warm house
The process is deliberately short. Get your fixed price online in about 90 seconds, with no sales visit needed for a straightforward swap. Pay the £100 deposit to lock in a date that suits you, with finance available if you would rather spread the cost. On the day, the old boiler comes out, the new one goes in, the system is filled, balanced and commissioned, and you finish with the certificate, the notification and a registered warranty. Most straight swaps are done in a single day.
